Cv/bio
The artistic talents of Renee Mox Hall were first recognized as a young girl growing up in Kansas. She received many awards for her artistic endeavors and went on to study art in New York. In the early 1980's she returned to Kansas to finish her studies at Washburn University in Topeka. Her artistic style is influenced by renowned watercolor artists Edgar Whitney and Frank Francese. Moving to Utah in 1990, Renee discovered a new world of inspiration. Her scenes of Park City and the Mountain West are loved by locals and visitors alike while her "Travel Log Series" transports the viewer to exotic foreign destinations. Renee works exclusively in watercolor as she values its interpretive and expressive qualities. She is a member of the Park City Professional Artists Association and the Utah Watercolor Society. She and her husband Wade, a professional picture framer, live in Park City where they own and operate HallMox Art & Framing.
